  1. Desired Outcome
    1. What is the desired net result that we are looking to get?
  2. Current State
    1. What is the problem itself?
    2. Is what they are calling the current problem the symptoms or the root of the problem?
  3. Base Hit to Homerun spectrum
    1. Single (base hit) - Double - Triple - HomeRun
    2. get a process to test - team byi-in to be consistent - hit 900/car - hit 1000/car
    3. develop process & assets for training
    4. automate as close to F&I as possible (finance & insurance)
    5. repeatable + scalable for future hires
    6. Getting to understand that any movement of the needle is a net positive.
  4. Value Assessment
    1. How much products they move?
    2. How much are you making on each one?
    3. So meeting that target of xy dollars means XY dollars over ONE year and then again
    4. What is the DELTA (difference between current and goal) - make that a ‘loss’ per year (vs the target)
    5. we know what the value of the deal, because we discussed prior
